For highly contaminated wastewater with high concentration of COD and complex compounds including heavy metals, oil and grease with emulsifying properties, the conventional CEPT or biological treatment may not be effective to remove these substances. Large quantity of chemical coagulants and additional purification treatment would be required to conduct the coagulation in such level of contamination, and the biological treatment is not capable to remove heavy metals, oil and grease.
The Integrated Fenton Processes combined Sono-Fenton, Ozone-Fenton and Electro-Fenton processes to achieve Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) for highly oxidative hydroxyl radicals to decompose the organics compounds in wastewater.
Ceramic Membrane Filtration is then adopted to remove suspended solids and retain catalysts for ongoing treatment.
The Air Scrubber can perform dust collection, gas absorption and odour removal.
The absence of a filter contributes to the non-clogging feature and leads to a low maintenance frequency. Odourous particles and pollutants like particulates are physically removed in the double scrubber chambers to achieve a high removal efficiency.
